Two periods every month?

I took birth control since I was 15, but during my first relationship of five years I lost my health insurance that fourth year. But on the fifth year I started having two periods every month from then on. Just since September my younger sister passed I have been put on two kinds of depression medication. In December I had a actual normal months period: 1st-7th, and with my new current partner ‘having recently had unprotected sex but he always pulls out way before he cums’; Anyways, I just got my period tonight and have a appointment for my obgyn on the 22nd.
