What cycle days did your doctor tell you to take femara/letrozole?

I'm new to this pill. I've seen mixed numbers on here. Mine said cd 5-9 and that's what I'll do, but im just curious.

My first round was 3-7, this round I’m doing 4-9 since my lining was still pretty thick on CD 2.
