PLEASE HELP! Late period but negative test!

I am not trying to concieve and me and my SO are always very careful, never have sex during ovulation, we check the condoms before&after, sometimes use the comdoms with spermacide on them, and he always pulls out. I was suppose to get my period tuesday, didmt happen, i tested wendsday with morning urine and it was negative, inhad also tested that previous saturday just to see. Have not had sex for almost two weeks before i tested, i have now missed my entire period and my CM is not really sticky or stretchy it is like little globs of tissue it seems almost like wet sumburnt peeled skin.  Can this be a sign of pregnancy and are my chances of being pregnant likely? Someone please help!
