Anyone else constantly terrified of losing their little babes? I'm 7w4d and had an ultrasound yesterday and baby had a heartbeat of 157bpm and I was told all is looking good. But I

can't help but worry every single second of every single day😔

It's natural and normal to have those feelings. But dwelling on the negative thoughts will not prevent anything bad from happening, it will only stop you from enjoying the good things. I have told myself this and changed my mindset and now I just thank God everyday that I'm fortunate enough to have conceived (and quickly!) and to have this experience!! I'm 8w1d now and just saw my little bean for the first time today! Every day is a gift!! Majority of pregnancies are healthy and normal, so try to stay positive and send your baby happy thoughts! 🤗🤗

Whenever I don’t feel horrible and sick I start worrying it is because the baby is gone. So either I’m miserable because I feel so sick or I’m miserable because I’m not feeling sick!
