so I just got the nexplanon removed 4 days ago & that same day I made the change to lo loestrin fe birth control pills. The doctor told us to use condoms for 3 weeks to allow the birth control pills to kick in to my system. so I've been on the pill for 4 days only but today my husband & I were in the heat of the moment & completely forgot about using a condom. could there be a big chance I am now pregnant!??

no, don't worry. you were taking hormonal bc. 1st of all, that 3week wait is for people who have no hormonal bc in their systems, 2nd normally it takes a while for the body starting to ovulate again after quiting bc
