Should I get braces on my teeth???

So Im 26 years of age and have a gap in between my two front teeth that at one point I absolutely loved. Lately, it seems to be getting wider and I'm losing my enthusiasm.

It's never too late. I'm 21 and I'm saving up to get Invisalign. I have two gaps on the top due to extractions I got years ago and my bottom teeth are very crowded. Invisalign is the best option since they're cheaper, clear, and work just as good. Talk to your dentist about your options and go from there.

I’ve heard you can get them on the inside of your teeth. Also the Invisalign type braces are another option, although I’m sure the most expensive type.

If it bothers you, it doesn’t matter what age it is, get them. if it doesn’t bother you, don’t do it to please anyone else

Never to old get get braces, although most insurance companies only cover till a certain age! I’m an ortho assistant and our oldest patient is 55! Soo that should tell you that age is just a number. Even though it takes a little longer for adults to have braces because of the mobility in adult jaws, I think if you want them go for it! Most dental offices ask for half down, and monthly payments after that! I’d say go for a consultation!!

I say keep rocking that gap!! But what makes YOU most comfortable is more important than what other people think!! My gap runs in my family, I hope atleast one of my kids has it too!!

Never too old for braces. I had a band teacher who was in her 40s that had braces on her top and bottom teeth.

Have you looked into smile direct or Invisalign? People said they don’t hurt as bad as braces and more and more insurances are covering  them
