So me and this guy have been getting to know each other since October. He says he likes me but his last relationship affected him to the point where he doesn't want to be anything specific at the moment. 
Ladies, if a guy told you this how would you interpret it and how would it make you feel?

No offense. But FUCK THAT SHIT. the exact same thing happened to me. I started falling for a FWB because I was under the impression he was wanting to date. But then when I asked him basically this exact same thing he said the same thing! And it’s been 2 years since that conversation and he gets hella jealous when i start dating someone. But he was never ready to date me and settle down. Which is what I want. Like a couple weeks ago he found out I started seriously seeing someone and he asked my friend “how serious is it” and was grilling her on me and my boyfriend. But I told him a year ago exactly what I wanted. And he didn’t want the same things soooo I moved on

Nope. Lol. I’d move on. He clearly isn’t that into you and doesn’t want to have any commitment. If he was into you and wanted you he’d commit to you regardless of past relationships. Been there, done that. Got played with. Now married to the love of my life. Don’t wait for him. Just be a friend. Barely talk back to him so you don’t catch anything again. Just be chillin. One day someone will come along and you won’t have to ask or second guess.
