30ml in 2 hours

So my period came 2 weeks early. I've been measuring blood (use a menstrual cup) and I've lost just over 30ml in the past 2 hours. My period started on the 11th and has been this heavy since starting. I have included a photo of the average amount people lose in ENTIRE PERIOD! I'm freaking out. What should I do?? It's normally quite light!
