So I brought a diva cup yesterday. Today is my second day using it. My cycle hasn’t started yet but I’ve been spotting so I guess it’s been catching that. It’s super convenient but extremely Gross but also cool. Lol after I get used to it I’m gonna go and get a Lena cup.

Anyway how do you know if it’s in all the way? What fold do you use? Will the Cup catch normal discharge as well? I’ve been using some baby soap to clean mine until I found something else, what do you use?
