I am on cycle day 19 and I had spotting still lightly bleeding but period not due for a week ....could I be pregnant nervous cause I had a tubal 2 years ago lost half tube and just don't want it to be that again or implation maybe even when baby was in tube I didn't spot so not really sure any suggestions??
