I’m scared for this pregnancy...

I had an ectopic about 2 months ago and recently found out I was pregnant again before getting my period after my surgery( had my tube removed) I was in shock for my husband and I weren’t trying and now I’m pregnant. Went for testing to my hgc levels and have one more testing tomorrow before I have an ultrasound because I am at high risk for another ectopic. I’ve been getting light cramps but I just honestly don’t remember if this is normal or not. ( I have a 4 year old) is there anyone out there who had a successful pregnancy after an ectopic pregnancy? And if so were the cramps you experienced all in your head or was it real? I feel like I’m over thinking and just so scared...
