So nervous! Normal?

This is my first pregnancy and I’m so worried. I found out today that I’m pregnant and I’m so scared to miscarry. How do you not worry about every little thing😞

If you are concerned and need reassurance before you see your doctor just buy a 50 pack of internet cheap tests and pee every morning and watch the tests get dark till the test is almost taking all the dye from the control line. Hcg goes up until 8-11 weeks then levels off so it's a small amount of reassurance!

I’m really nervous too, I found someone who’s done a curve that shows your likelihood of miscarrying each day based on how far along you are, I’m just slowly obsessively watching myself slide down the curve and relaxing slightly more

It’s nearly impossible.
 I’m grateful for the way I bonded with my first pregnancy before I miscarried cause I didn’t take any moment for granted. I had no idea I was going to miscarry or how common it was but I’m sooooo glad I wasn’t worrying myself all the time. 
I took the time to enjoy every moment with that baby and I’m so glad I did versus worrying and then not enjoying and bonding. I miscarried at 7 weeks in August that would have been my first child. Just try to be happy with what you have cause everything else is out of our control so just try to enjoy what you have when you have it. That’s what I’m going to do with this next pregnancy. Just prepare for the worst hope for the best and just enjoy what I have. That’s it.
