Will Ticketmaster refund tickets?

I bought 2 tickets for me & my bf to a concert but he's going out of town to work so we won't be able to make it! I paid $60 for the tickets and the concert isn't until the 27th so do you think they will refund my money?

You can’t get a refund unless you buy insurance. You will have to sell them to someone else or take the loss

You can usually transfer tickets to someone on ticket master.  They don't normally refund unless you buy insurance

You can try. Why not go with another friend or try to sell the tickets instead
