I’m tired of being big I wanna be in shape but I have no knowledge of what to do. I exercise once a week in my ROTC class and it kicks my ass but I need to figure out what I can do the whole week. I need some Advice on dieting and exercise activity. I don’t know what to do schedule wise either. If you got any advice, I am absolutely grateful.
