Started out as sore nipples, now it’s sore nipple and the area around. More frequent vaginal discharge. My stomach just feels upsetting sometimes. I’ve been way more gassy.

The only early pregnancy symptoms are the same you would get when getting your period. The other typical ones comes later in the 1st trimester. Only way to know is to test.
