Miscarriage? Normal? Help?

So I got my BFP about a week ago. I'm 5 weeks along.

I've had normal pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs, tired, just today I've felt nauseous for the first time)

Only problem is ive been cramping since right before my missed period (I was convinced there was no way I was pregnant bc it felt like AF was coming) today those cramps are stronger but not horrible (I can still walk around) I had some light brown spotting since my period was due to start.... but today the bleeding is red. Still doesn't fill my underwear or a pad but I get a significant amount when I wipe.

I'm so nervous. Anyone have any insight? I had ZERO problems or cramping/bleeding with my first child so I'm just nervous 😫
