Honestly, should I lose some weight before wearing this?

I need a dress to wear in early March and I bought this one a few pounds ago so now I'm worried that it doesn't look good anymore. I try it on often and almost every time I have a different opinion on if it look good or not, depends on my mood I guess. I've already started to eat healthier and get more active (unrelated to dress), but I guess your answers will help me determine how focused I need to be to wear this in a few months. Excuse the mirror, it's been through a some stuff.
