pregnant after nexplanon removal?

Hey guys, so I had the nexplanon for a year & just took it out on monday. Right away that same day I made the change to birthcontrol pills. The doctor told my husband & I to use condoms for the next 3 weeks to let the pill kick into my system & start working. So with that in mind, its only been 5 days & yesterday we were in the heat of the moment & didn't use a condom! I heard most women are very fertile the first few days after removing the nexplanon. Could there be a chance we made a baby lastnight!??😲😀😀
