EPO vs Flaxseed oil
I have never had any EWCM. So I've been researching and trying different supplements.
I know you shouldn't take EPO after ovulation because it can cause contractions, but is there a reason why EPO is preferred over Flaxseed oil?
Will taking only Flaxseed be as effective as taking EPO?
