So my husband and I recently finished college and found jobs immediately. I’m making around $50k starting off fresh out of school and he’s only making $35k which is really good also. Well my dads side of the family is pissed because I’m bringing home more money. They think I shouldn’t even be working and he should be providing for me. Which he is, but I never thought of this? What’s the big deal? We’re happy, making a good income, and have a wonderful marriage.
