Constipated before labor?
So I’m 40+2 and I lost my mucus plug this morning. I’m hoping that means I go into labor today or tomorrow. But now I’m constipated. I know a lot of people get diarrhea before labor or during, I had it before having my first. But has anyone ever gotten constipated instead? Will it turn into diarrhea before labor or should I try to do something to ease it? I’m hoping to avoid pooping on the delivery table 😂
