I just suffered through this horrible pain for about half an hour. I don't even know how to describe it other than it felt like a balloon being inflated in my abdomen. Like a squeezing/crushing feeling.

I jumped in the shower to see if it would relieve the pressure (and was in so much pain that I forgot to take my underwear off), and notice that my abdominal muscles were all contracted.

It was getting to the point where I was about to tell my husband to take me to the hospital when everything just...stopped.

I looked up Braxton Hicks, but the only thing that wasn't hurting me was my uterus. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'll be bringing it up to my doctor at my next check up as long as this doesn't happen again.
