Toning up while pregnant?
I gained 57 lbs with my first child!! Pretty sure 40 of that was in my hips and chin..! 😂
I just got my bfb for our second (5 weeks)😍 I'm really wanting to be a fit "Mom" and just tone my body so I don't look like a whale again for my second pregnancy! Does anyone have any helpful hints or exercises I can do? I have been doing squats and doing some 3lb weight stuff in the living room but I didn't know what y'all did! We just had a legit blizzard come through so I can't walk outside.
