I take the combination pill, but I frequently take it later than I should (no more than 3 hours after I'm usually supposed to take it, though). My doctor says it's fine and that I can actually take it at any time of day as long as I take it each day, but I've still heard of women getting pregnant on the pill (I'm experiencing irregular symptoms and might take a test soon). Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant, or is the combination pill still pretty effective the way I'm taking it?
