Implantation bleeding

I had sex exactly a week ago and today is Saturday and I’ve been having stomach pains/cramps since Monday and just started having heartburns last night and this morning I had cramps but when I’ve been havin these cramps they haven’t been coming and going like normal . It’s pretty consistent. And I’m not supposed to get my period for another 5 days and when I do get my period it starts off with spotting but I woke up this morning with bad cramps and enough blood to kinda soak my panties but the bleeding stopped now but I’m still cramping ...
