I am tracking my ovulation with OPKs only and I got a positive opk on jan 4th (cd14). I then had sore boobs starting CD 17 to about today. I’ve read that progesterone levels increase at ovulation in preparation for the thickening of the uterine lining in case there is a fertilized egg. (This increase in hormone could cause breast soreness).

My question is- is it likely I ovulated right after my positive opk in the days I didn’t have sore boobs or likely during the time of my sore boobs (about 3 days after my positive opk)?

I know I’m not temping which could narrow down more when I ovulate but I’m just curious. TIA! 💕
