Is it bad to use a razor on your feet?

The razors you use for shaving I use it on the bottom of my feet to peel off dead skin and to make it smoother. Is it okay to use? I tried foot scrapers and scrubs and pumice stones but nothing helps. My feet always get rough and peely😞

get a pedi perfect. much better and you don't have to worry about injury

There is a specific razor for that. $1-3 at dollar general. It’s the ones that used to be used in pretty much all of the pedicure places. I don’t think they’re widely used anymore, we have a small shop in town and they’ll bust it out if your tough spots are bad enough and you’ll allow it. It never bothered me for them to use it. I couldn’t seem to get the hang of it myself. Check out the little tool though, it’s with all the other nail stuff.

It should be fine if you’re careful but maybe try those foot files that look like cheese grainers might be safer & more effective ☺️
