High risk & fitness
Anybody have advice/tips on early pregnancy while being high risk & working out? My ob has not confirmed pregnancy yet I got some faint positives I’m pretty sure I might be but was wondering if until I ask my ob should I adjust my fitness routine (example is I do pure barre)
After my first miscarriage one dr told me I can do my regular fitness routine just nothing that’ll really get my heart rate too high.
