Unisom for nighttime nausea? 🤢

I’ve had nausea on and off throughout my pregnancy (I’m 8 weeks). My nausea has always been between 3pm-when I go to bed. It’s been tolerable, UNTIL NOW. 
I literally almost wish I would throw up so I could get some relief. 😭🤢😭🤢
Has anyone taken Unisom for nausea? I have some because my doctor said it can help in combination with vitamin b6. Unfortunately I don’t have b6 because I never needed it (and now I’m kicking myself because I should have gotten a prescription just in case). 
Will taking ONLY Unisom help my terrible nausea?! Help!

I take diclegis (which is the unisom and b6 pill) and it is amazing! I’ve taken it since 12 weeks and it stopped my daily vomiting and nausea! Definitely call your doctor to see if they can call in the prescription for you!

Both are available over the counter. Neither helped me during my pregnancy (threw up until 22wks + 2days). Preggo Pops helped as well as lemon icee/Italian ice and regular ice.

I’m in Australia so I don’t know what unisom is but if I feel really nauseous I put a slice of lemon in my water bottle and that really helps.

Yes! I take the unisom and b6 combo and it helps most of the time. I have to take it at a certain time or it doesn't work for me lol. but if I don't take it at all I don't be able to keep anything down. just swallowing my saliva will make me puke. the doctor put me on prescription medication but it didn't do anything for me

I take only unisom for my nausea and it works perfectly fine. It’s been the only thing to consistently help me this entire pregnancy. I’m 24 weeks now and I still take it everyday or I will get sick. I take it at night usually and it helps for an entire 24 hrs
