What is this?!? (TMI!!)

First off my urine is pretty foggy in this photot but it only gets like that when I've been sleeping for a while and just holding in my urine. Secondly my discharge has been normal i know i don't have a yeast infection. Thirdly i had unprotected sex last night with my fiancé not sure if that makes a difference.
