PMDD during period?

Does anybody suffer from PMDD during their period? I feel like I could have PMDD, but I've read it stops once your period starts. My symptoms definitely don't end once my period begins. They really just worsen.

Yeah. The longer you leave it untreated, the worse it gets. Some ladies  even have post menstrual depression. (I had it, it’s shit.) Try and get treatment. It won’t get better on its own.

For me it doesn't suddenly end once my period starts but it does start getting slightly better
