Overweight for 2 years!

He’s in his young 20’s and has been trying to lose weight for 2 years now. I admit he’s been on and off but now I’m concerned that he hasn’t lost any weight. When we started dating he was skinnier than me but now he’s gained 30 pounds. We don’t live together so I can’t watch what he eats. He’s been at his parents house for break and they eat healthy for over a month. I don’t mind how much he weighs but the doctor said he’s not healthy i don’t get what it’s gonna take. He has tried for 2 weeks all different things and lost NOTHINg. They were designed to lose weight and I know he 100% only ate those. He’s tried the blue apron meals and meal plans and nothing has changed. Could he possibly have a disease/hormone imbalance something? I’m honestly worried because in the summer when he works his job is very physical so he should have lost a little weight just from being more active then. I hate to pick on him but I want him to be healthy and live a long life.
