Working out?
Anyone workout while pregnant? What exercises do you do? How long do you do it a day? I’m 15 weeks and haven’t done it while pregnant because I’m afraid i will hurt the baby somehow and I know it’s safe as long as you aren’t on your back or jumping or just really over doing yourself but I don’t know what is a good beginner exercise is. I know to keep water beside you at all times and sip it through out and to stretch. Any other tips or advice? Motivation? Thanks for any input!
