We took our dog to a dog park today & had our baby with us in the stroller, there was this old bulldog who jumped up on the stroller and tried to bite my baby's hat off of her head. He didn't hurt her, but his teeth were a little too close to her face & head for my comfort (he did get ahold of her hat). We have been to this dog park on multiple occasions and we know this bulldog and he always tries to steal stuff out of our stroller & we know him by name... There is also a sign on the door posted that says no children under 12, so we broke the rules. On top of this there are always fights amongst dogs at the dog park and it seems someone is always trying to get their dog off another. Are these parks safe? Or are they a liability waiting to happen?
