Upper left belly pain?

Question

So I’m cleaning right now and I keep having to stop because I keep getting really bad pain in the upper left side of my belly... its tight and kinda takes my breath away a little bit. What is this?

i had this thought it was baby in my ribs but i also had really bad backpain with it aswell turns out i was having proper contractions and went to hopsital and was 2cm dialted 3/5tg engaged and was put on nifedpine and steriods to stop labour and mature babys lungs anhthing you feel is odd or strange please get checked because labour is never the same for everybody :)
