If your ttc you also need to download the purple Glow app it tracks period and ovulation and the ovulation days as long as I put in my period in correctly the highest ovulation days are on point... 🍀 🍀🍀🍀

I’m no expert- but I feel the app is more reliable for people that have a ‘typical’ or normal 28 day cycle. So for me it worked very well. But when people have irregular periods and ovulation is hard to work out it obviously wouldn’t be as accurate.. that’s how I’ve kind of got my head around it all anyway 😊
