How do you gain the courage to go see a doctor?
I have done extensive research and online “tests” and I’ve come to realize its almost certain that I am struggling with PPD as well as PPA but I just can’t bring myself to go to my doctor. I would NEVER hurt my baby, I don’t get the urge to do that whatsoever for the record, but nevertheless I sometimes would like to just get up and leave her and my husband.
I cry A LOT, I’m always exhausted no matter how much my husband tries to let me sleep in (when he can), I constantly feel like I’m failing and I’m so beyond overwhelmed.
So how did you do it?
How did you decide enough is enough and you need to deal with it professionally?
