Spotting

This morning my fiance and I had sex, when I went to the washroom I was spotting (still am, but it hasn't even been an hour). I'm totally freaked out! I don't know what to do! Do I wait and see if it goes away, or go to the ER now? If I should wait, how long? When I was pregnant with my son I was given a pap and it made me bleed for maybe an hour but he was fine, and so was the rest of the pregnancy, could this be a similar situation? Is my cervix just sensitive now that I'm pregnant? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just scared to lose this baby after trying for 18 months 😭
