Got off birth control

Okay so I got off birth control and I had my 5 day break through bleeding from January 1st- the 5th and ever since I have not ovulated. I have the normal discharges you would have in a cycle but clear blue okps are negative since I started taking them in my “fertile” window. I have sensitive nipples and have been getting light headed, constipated, and Inside my vagina feels softer then normal and my cervix is way high. Do you think I could of ovulated right after my break through bleeding without knowing it? My fiancé and I have had sex since my break through bleeding and had unprotected sex a couple times. I don’t want to say I’m pregnant but it would be awesome if I was. I don’t want to get my hopes up. I have no idea when my next period is due. I took a Pt test and it was negative as of now but I know it’s probably way to soon to test but what are your thoughts?
