Can anyone help me with my chart? Ava says I ovulated two days ago but there was a large dip before that...could I have ovulated earlier than the Ava said since this is my first cycle using it? Also the dip in my heart rate today...does that mean I’m out and not pregnant this cycle? This is the most info I have ever chatted so I’m just getting used to it lol. Love love love the Ava though- makes everything so easy!!! I just have to figure out how to read it all- any help would be appreciated
