Cramps make me nervous!

So I know cramping early is just the uterus expanding, (I’m only 4weeks 1 day). But each time the cramping starts it feels like AF cramps briefly and I panic. I’m trying so hard not to worry about it, especially since there’s not any blood, but I still worry! Lol what do you guys do to deal with the worry?
