Sitting in someone's pee

If I use a Public bathroom, and someone peed on the seat and I sit in it, not knowing it was there, could I get anything? Std wise? Also sometimes my brother& dad will pee on the seat and won't clean it up. Could I get anything sitting in pee that way? Like I'm mostly concerned about the hpv that you get warts from ( low risk)
