Is anyone having a cramp one week before their period starts?

Hi, there me n my husband are trying to have a baby for a year now and this month I've been  cramping a week before my period starts and. anyone know what this means? Thank you

I cramp anywhere from a week, to 2 weeks before my period.

I started cramping at about 5 dpo with my first. She’s almost 2 now! Unfortunately it could be anything, but it could be a sign that it’s your month! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I do this every month and have been ttc for over 2 years. it doesn't necessarily mean anything. I see it as a nice forewarning.
