Is there any alternative treatment for a UTI?

So I’m in another country for the next 4 months and it’s going to be hard to get to a doctor to get antibiotics. Is there any way to treat a UTI without them? I’m in a lot of pain and just want this to be over.

I don’t think there’s a way to properly cure it but I’ve read that cranberry tablets, cranberry juice and lots and lots of water can help a lot with pain management and to help flush it out.
