Confusing situation help a girl out

So a little background on me I love music and I’ve been part of my local scene for around 7 years now. Meaning I’m friends with a ton a ton of bands. Okay so I went to see my favorite touring band and a new local act got put on the show. They are a pair of rappers (I’m not a rap person I’m a metal head) so I ended up liking he group and became friends with this guy Matt one of the rappers. We quickly got to talking and we hang out until like 3 in the morning very often. So I’ve grown to really like his guy he’s a sweet heart. The other day he told me he thinks my best friend (who was at the show with me) is cute. She basically hates him. And I really like him and just his company. What should I even do about this? She likes in CO and just left to go back to school and is not interesting. At the same time I’m confused. He has given me tickets for all of his shows coming up and is constantly hugging on me and trying to get me to come over 🤷‍♀️ wtf help me
