This is my first pregnancy. I haven’t seen the OBGYN yet as my appt is 1/29.

I’m currently 6wk 1 day, base off my last period. When I had my nurse phone apt going over my prenatal question, i ask if using the treadmill (walking) was still ok.

Yesterday I walked on the treadmill for 15 min. And did some squats. Went home and had to pee.

There was blood on my underwear, no blood clots, size of a nickel. No cramp. When I wipe, it was red, but I wasn’t bleeding like how a period would be.

I told my husband and he told me to just rest Incase I over did it. I put a pantie liner on and since this morning, nothing. when I wipe it’s just brown.

I’m waiting on the phone with the nurse line atm.

I am worried I am miscarrying. :/ has this happen to anyone? Light amount of blood found but healthy pregnancy?
