I get super dizzy at the beginning of mine, I'm not sure if it's common, but it could be because of too much blood loss

I get just a little dizzy before I start. Nothing that would impair driving or anything. And it’s not constant. Goes away usually after a day or so

You could try taking an over the counter iron supplement for 5 days before your period is due..works for me :)
