A couple days ago I noticed a few bumps on my vagina and they’ve gotten worse and worse. They’re very painful and they’re red and swollen and today when I went to the bathroom it burned while I peed. The doctor is closed today and I’m calling tomorrow but I have no idea what it is. I’ve never had sex before so it’s not an STI and I think it’s more than a UTI...my friends think it’s just a vaginal infection and I shouldn’t worry but I’m very concerned...any thoughts on what it is???

Update: the pain is getting worse it burns and it’s so uncomfortable...if anyone knows anything at all please let me know
