Yeast Infection

Does anybody have a solution for yeast infections. I’ve been battling with them for months. Wasting money at the doctors and they continue to come back. I have great hygiene (wash daily), only wear cotton undies, wear none at night, only use dove original soap down stairs, and use a fragrance free detergent. I am thinking about getting boric acid vaginal suppositories ? Has anyone used them before ? I’m about to pick up a prescription of metro gel and dificulin that my doctor prescribed me for the next month. I am tired of dealing with this issue
