Anyone else gets cramp and a bit of feeling sick at night! Also along with insomnia?

I feel the worst in the evenings. I’ve also been waking up around 4am and can’t get back to sleep. My cramps are mostly gone but I got a lot of mild ones around 5-7 weeks.

If I have a drink after a certain time at night I need to puke 🤢 and my bloat hurts at night from the pressure. But I don’t have insomnia anymore finally.

I got out of the shower and threw up in the sink, then walked 2 steps to dry off and gagged... and I'm not sleeping well at all. I can only sleep in 2 hour little groups before waking up no matter how tired. I'm ready for the second trimester!
